It can be. We manage hosting with Dutch providers or take over management on your existing environment.
Covered: updates, backups, security, monitoring, small copy and image changes, and thinking along with you. Not covered: new pages, new functionality or a campaign. Those are quoted separately, so your maintenance figure stays predictable.
Daily, with a retention window. More important than the frequency is that we practise the restore regularly. A backup that has never been restored is an assumption, not a safeguard.
We act, outside office hours too when the severity calls for it. You hear afterwards what happened and what it meant. Waiting for approval during an active exploit costs exactly the time you do not have.
